Processing and Shipping Times
- Order processing generally takes 3 to 5 business days.
- During peak periods (holidays, public holidays, promotions, sales, order surges), this period may be extended by an additional 5 to 10 days.
Tracking Your Order
- Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to trace your package directly with the chosen carrier. Please check your spam folder.
- If you have not yet received an email, it means your order is still being prepared.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and its destination.
They include preparation, careful packaging, and delivery of the package.
Delivery zones and estimated times:
- France: 2 to 3 business days — starting from €6
- Europe / French Overseas Departments and Territories:
- Europe: 6 to 7 business days
- French Overseas Departments and Territories: up to 10 business days — starting from €14
- International: approximately 10 business days — starting from €19
⚠️ Delivery times may be extended during holidays, public holidays, or major promotions.
🚀 Available Delivery Methods
Delivery to a relay point:
- Mondial Relay: €5.99
Home delivery:
- Colissimo (La Poste): rate according to destination
- Chronopost home delivery: rate according to destination (express option available)
All our packages are shipped via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost or DHL/UPS depending on the chosen option.
⚠️ Important Information
- The Profit Shaper is not responsible for delays, losses, or errors reported as “delivered” by carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, DHL, UPS). No refund or reshipment will be made in this case.
- If you frequently experience issues with home delivery, we strongly advise you to choose delivery to a relay point.
- Addresses, contact details, or product choices (size, model, etc.) cannot be modified after order validation.
- Shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday only (no shipments on Mondays, weekends, or public holidays).
Receipt & Claims
- Each package is carefully wrapped and protected.
- If the package arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a damaged item, refuse it immediately from the carrier and notify us without delay. A new shipment can then be prepared.
- If a package is not collected in time at the relay point and is returned to us, it can be resent a second time after payment of new shipping costs via PayPal.
Order Security
The Profit Shaper reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or to request identity verification before shipping, if necessary.
