Returns and Exchanges

How to make an exchange?

Please read the exchange conditions before placing your order.

You can request an exchange if the size of your shaper does not fit.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, some items are not exchangeable: shorts, bodysuits, and thong bodysuits.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges can be made directly at the showroom or by mail.
• All requests must be sent by email to: retours.theprofitshaper@gmail.com
• The deadline for an exchange is a maximum of 10 days after receiving your order.
• The shaper must be new, unworn, clean, and with intact boning.
• Labels and original packaging must be kept.
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

Any item with a defect must be reported within a maximum of 7 days.

⚠️ No refunds will be issued.

Exchanges at the showroom

• Exchanges are possible every Friday and Saturday from 11 am, at the showroom located at: 161 Rue du Temple, 75003.
• Access is possible with or without an appointment. However, customers who have booked will have priority.

⚠️ Important

The Profit Shaper reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item appears to have been worn, damaged, soiled, or returned without its original packaging.
